Cancellation & Refund

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within [4 hours] of placing it by contacting our customer support team at contact@moksharam.com . If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

2. Refunds

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or replacement for the affected product upon verification.

Refund will be credited in 7 days to source account

3. Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original condition.
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Return will be initiated within 24 hours of delivery of product

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

• Email us at contact@moksharam.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
• We will provide instructions for returning the product and processing your refund.
• Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days

5. No COD Available

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for our orders.
